孟继鸿教授1998年毕业于法国巴黎第七大学，主修免疫学和内科学。1992年起享受国务院政府特殊津贴，是铁道部有突出贡献的中青年专家，是江苏省333工程科技领军人才www.med126.com，是江苏省青蓝工程学科带头人。现担任江苏省微生物学会常务理事，病毒学专业委员会主任委员，还兼职《微生物与感染》常务编委。 近五年获得的专利有“甲型肝炎-戊型肝炎联合疫苗及其制备方法”、“乙型肝炎-戊型肝炎联合疫苗及其制备方法”、“戊型肝炎口服疫苗及其制备方法”、“甲型肝炎-乙型肝炎-戊型肝炎联合疫苗”。
