本文从两个方面阐述南宋产科专家陈自明在中医产科学上的成就。其一, 对宋以前中医催生技术作了全面、系统的总结,强调产前养血安胎是足月 顺产的先决条件,对难产病症必须分辨病因,属于催生适应证者,先以手术 治疗为先,外治、内治并用;其二,应用兔脑髓催生药用。

This paper is presented from 2 aspects, Firstly, a systematic and overall summary on the induction techniques for delivery, emphasizing that the antepartal nourishing and easing fetus are the prerequisites for full-term parturition. For difficult delidvery, diferentiation on etiology is necessary. Indications for induced delivery should be first treated by manipulation combined with internal therapy. Secondly, a applying rabbit brain for induction of delivery.
