KEY  ACCOUNTABILITIES  关键职责:  

SUMMARY:  Ensure  good  execution  of  PV  reporting  internally  to  GPV  and  externally  CDCs  in  line  with  company  compliance  and  local  regulations;  organize  medical  assessment  and  coordinate&nwww.med126.com/shiti/bsp; the  management  of  compensation  claim.  

·  Review  and  update  PV  SOP  in  line  with  national  regulations  and  company  internal  procedures  on  a  timely  basis  and  ensure  proper  implementation  once  the  SOP  is  approved  by  management.

-  Execute  PV  reporting  with  quality  in  line  with  company  SOP  and  local  regulations  Receive,  record  and  check  the  PV  report  from  all  sources;  

-  Ensure  expedited  and  periodic  reporting  of  safety  reports  to  GPV  or  SFDA/CDC  in  time;  

-  Follow  up  PV  cases  to  obtain  a  full-scale  medical  information;

-  Improve  and  administer  the  work  to  normalize  archives  and  e-manage  PV  cases  for  powerful  information  search.

·  Summarize  and  analyze  PV  cases  periodically  to  bring  forward  advices  to  upper  management,  and  transmit  safety  information  issued  by  the  GPV  for  internal  or  external  use;  collect  and  analyze  the  frequently  asked  questions  in  PV  daily  work  to  support  company  training  and  market  activity.

·  Provide  additional  safety  data  for  business  upon  special  requests  of  health  authorities  or  other  departments.

·  Watch  latest  national  and  international  PV  policies,  PV  message  of  c执业医师ompetitors  and  update  to  the  management  team.

  


JOB-HOLDER  ENTRY  REQUIREMENTS  基本要求

·  Master  degree  in  medical  sciences  from  a  credible  university  in  China,  with  medical  practical  experience

(临床医学专业研究生毕业，或应届毕业生，有相关实习经验)

·  Good  command  of  English,  both  in  verbal  and  in  written.  Competency  equal  to  College  English  Test  Band  6  or  above.

(良好的英文口语及书写能力，相当于英语六级或以上水平)

·  Good  computer  skills  on  Office  Word,  Excel,  Power-point  and  Outlook,  and  office  facilities.
