Annals of Clinical Psychiatry is the official journal of the American Academy of Clinical Psychiatrists. The journal provides an international forum for information pertaining to the diagnosis, etiology, and treatment of psychiatric disorders. The journal presents original research and timely reviews on new developments in epidemiology, genetics, pathophysiology, treatment advances, and outcome research. 
Communications regarding published articles or offering new insights through case reports are encouraged. The Annals also publishes reviews of books that are relevant to the provision of psychiatric patient care. The journal endeavors to keep readers abreast of current topics and controversies.
