Biomacromolecules is an interdisciplinary journal publishing original research focused on the integration of knowledge in both polymer and biological sciences. Among the basic areas the journal will cover are monomers and polymers from renewable resources, catabolism of polymer degradation products, biocatalysis, biomacromolecular assembly, biomimetics, biomineralization, bioprocesing, biorecycling, and bioremediation.
