窦骏，男，1955年9月出生，汉族，博士，病原生物学和免疫学系主任。江
苏免疫学会常务理事、《生物技术通讯》
杂志常务理事、美国Frontiers in Bioscience
编委、《河北中西医结合杂志》特邀编委、
国家自然科学基金和国家863计划同行评议
专家、教育部学位与研究生教育发展中心
学位论文评审专家、江苏省第二批六大人才高峰培养对象、

1983年获皖南医学院临床医学学士学位,1989年获
蚌埠医学院免疫学硕士学位, 1997年获原浙江医科大学
传染病学博士学位。1998年8-12月在北京铁道部党校培
训，1999年6-9月在德国乌尔姆大学病毒学研究所进修,
2001年10月-2004年2月,在美国CDC肝炎研究中心做博士后
研究, 2006年9-12月在美国佐治亚州州立大学生物学系
细胞与分子生物学实验室进修。
1993年破格晋升副教授，2000年晋升教授，2002年
晋升博士生导师。1998年5月-2001年9月曾先后任原南京
铁道医学院教务处、东南大学教务处副处长，现为东南大
学教授。
主要研究领域有DNA疫苗、肿瘤免疫、肿瘤干细胞、
感染免疫及中药免疫调节，先后主持或参加国家、省、部、
厅级科研项目18项，教学研究项目6项，参编教材和专著4部，
发表各种论文100余篇，其中19篇研究论文先后在不同国际
学术会议上交流，30余篇研究论文先后在国内学术会议上
交流，其中3篇大会发言论文分别获一等奖和优秀奖。博士
论文“丙型肝炎病毒DNA疫苗的实验研究”1999年获原浙江
医科大学优秀博士论文。先后获省、厅科研奖四项、东南
大学教学工作奖两项及东南大学三育人奖一项。
