汤平,男,1973年出生,民盟盟员,医学博士,美国Duke大学前列腺疾病中心博士后(2008-2009年),广州市第一人民医院泌尿外科主任医师,硕士生导师,广东省泌尿外科中青年委员会、广东省中西医结合泌尿外科专业委员会、广东省抗癌专业委员会泌尿外科分会委员,广州市卫生局、广州市第一人民医院优秀科技人才,广东省科技计划项目、广东省自然科学基金评审专家。从事泌尿外科专业10余年,临床上以泌尿外科腹腔镜、经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)、经皮肾镜术(PCN)等为主的微创手术为特色。2008年作为广州市卫生局重点专科暨泌尿外科首批人才培养人选www.med126.com,被派送到美国著名的Duke大学前列腺疾病中心学习,在前列腺癌的研究方面取得了重要的成绩。主持包括国家自然基金、广东省自然基金、广州市卫生局重点项目在内的前列腺癌方向科研课题共6项,总经费超过100万元,以第一作者在世界泌尿外科主流杂志上发表SCI论著9篇,总影响因子近30分,获得广东省科技进步三等奖、广州市科技进步三等奖各1项(均为第二完成人)。
