 循行：①起于小腹内，下出于会阴部，②向上行于脊柱内，③其外行者经气冲与足少阴经交会，沿着腹部两侧，④上达咽喉，⑤环绕口唇。

The Course of the Vessel: It starts from the inside of the lower abdomen and comes out at the perineum. Ascending, it runs the inside of the spinal column where its superficial branch passes through the region of Qichong(ST 30)and communicates with the Kidney Meridian, running along both sides of the abdomen. It goes up to the throat and curves around the lips.
