肩，肩部；髃，隅角。
穴在肩角部。

定位

肩峰端下缘。肩平举时，肩部出现两个凹陷，前方的凹陷中。

Location

Directly below the anterior border of the acromion, where a depression forms when the arm is fully abducted.

主治

（1)主要用于肩关节局部的疾病。
（2)上肢酸痛或麻痹，常与曲池合谷配合应用。

Indication

(1). to treat diseases in the shoulder joint.
(2). to treat aches of the upper extremities and paralysis, often used with Quchi and Hegu.

针法

（1)向下斜刺
（2)向上呈50度斜刺
（3)直刺0.8-1.5寸

Method

(1). puncture perpendicularly downward.
(2). puncture obliquely upward, forming a 50 angle with the skin.
(3). perpendicularly 0.8-1.5cun.
