大，大小之大；都，聚会。
穴在大趾，为经气所溜聚之处。

定位

第一跖趾关节内侧前缘赤白肉际。

Location

On the medial side of the big toe, distal and inferior to the 1st metatarsophalangeal joint, at the junction of the red and white skin.

主治

胃痛，便秘，腹泻，发热，无汗。

Indication

stomachache, constipation, diarrhea, fever without sweating.

针法

直刺0.3-0.5寸。

Method

perpendicularly 0.3-0.5 cun.

荥穴。
