灵，神灵；道，通道。
心主神灵。
穴在尺侧腕屈肌腱桡侧沟，犹如通向神灵之道。

Meaning

Ling, mind; dao, pathway.
The heart dominates the mind.
The point is in the depression on the radial side of the tendon of m. Flexor carpal ulnaris; it is like a pathway leading toward the mind.

定位

神门穴上1.5寸，尺侧腕屈肌腱桡侧。

Location

1.5 cun above Shenmen, on the radial side of the tendon of m. flexor carpiulnaris.

主治

心绞痛，癔病，失音，尺神经痛，腕关节痛。

Indication

cardiac pain, hysteria, aphonia, pain of the ulnar nerves and wrist joint.

针法

直刺0.3～0.5寸。

Method

perpendicularly 0.3～0.5 cun.

备考

经穴。
