处理

嘱患者不要紧张、乱动，以防断针继续向肌肉深层陷入，如残断部分针身尚露于体外，可立即用手指或镊子取出；如残断与皮肤相平，可按压针孔两旁，使断针暴露于体外，用镊子取出；如断针完全深入皮下或肌肉时，应在x线下定位，手术取出。

Management

When it happens, the patient should be told to keep calm to prevent the broken needle from going deeper into the body. If the broken part protrudes from the skin, remove it with forceps or fingers. If the broken part is at the same level of the skin, press the tissue around the site until the broken end is exposed, then remove it with forceps.
