主症

本病可发生于身体任何部位，从肱股内侧较多，发病迅速，突然在皮肤上出现大小不等形状不一的皮疹，多成块成片；有的呈丘疹样，此起彼伏，疏密不一，并伴有皮肤异常瘙痒，并常因气候冷热而减轻或加剧。本病皮疹的发生与消失都很迅速，不留任何痕迹，如同时发于咽喉可见呼吸困难；发于胃肠兼有恶心、呕吐、腹痛、腹泻等症状。

Main Manifestations

The disease may occur in any part of the body but mostly in the medial aspect of arms and thighs. There is an abrupt onset with the eruption of wheals in various sizes and shapes, but mainly in close aggregation. The eruption can be popular, evanescent in one place and rising in another, associated with intense itching, and aggravated or alleviated by the chang of weather. Both the appearance and disappearance of the eruption are swift and no marks are left after the vanishing. When it occurs in the throat, there may appear dyspnea nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain and diarrhea are present when stomach and intestines are involved.

治法

取手阳明、足太阴经穴为主。毫针刺用泻法。医学 全在.线提供

Treatment

Points of Large Intestine and Spleen Meridians are mainly prescribed. Reducing technique is applied.

Prescription

Quchi(LI 11), Hegu(LI 4), Xuehai (SP 10), Geshu (BL 17), Weizhong (BL 40) and Tianjing (TE 10).
