对发泡灸的源流作了探析。认为发泡灸起源于战国时期的《五 十二病方》,奠基于晋代的《肘后备急方》,宋代《针灸资生经》称之为 天灸,明清时期得到广泛的应用。近十几年来,以督脉“隔药灸”治疗自 身免疫性疾病获得较好的疗效,其应用基础研究也取得了新的成果,为发 泡灸治病机制的揭示提供了科学依据。

This article deals with the origin and development of vesicated moxibustion. Vesicated moxibustion is at first recorded in the book, Fifty-two Kinds of Diseases in the Warring States Period, laid a foundation from the book, A Handbook of Prescriptions for Emergencies in the Jin Dynasty, known as medicinal vesiculation in the book, Classic Fundamentals of Acupuncture and Moxibustion of Song Dynasty, and broadly used in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. In the near ten years, there is a better curative effect on the moxibustion with herbs on the Du channel in treating autoimmune diseases, and new achievements are acquired in the clinical and appiled basis study, which provides a scientific basis for revealing the mechanism of vesicated moxibustion on the Du channel (Du Jiu, Du-channel moxibustion).
