An Analysis of Reshu Points and Shuishu Points

热俞和水俞为《内经》治疗热病和水肿的两组用穴,本文剖析其内容特点、运用方法、《灵》《素》差异、行文方式等,认为属较早产生的类穴形式,是以阴阳思想指导用穴经验的理论提升,对我们认识理解腧穴理论、研究腧穴规律,仍有价值。

The result points and shuishu points are two groups of acupuncture points recorded in Canon of Mediicne for treating febrile diseases and edema respectively. By comparing the differences in Miraculous Pivot and Plain Questions, the author has made an analysis of these points and concludes that they are the early forms of acupunture points based on the theory of yin and yang and clinical experience. They are still of practical value for the modern study of the theories and regularity of acupuncture points.
