穴义

天，天空；突，突出。
穴位于气管上段，喻为肺气上通于天的部位。

主治

1. 化痰平喘要穴，治咳嗽、气喘。
2．咽喉及前颈部疾病要穴，治咽喉疼痛，声音嘶哑，甲状腺肿，癔球症（梅核气)等。

Indication

针法

针尖向下，紧靠胸骨柄后方刺入1-1.2寸。
