小，微小；海，海洋。
小，指小肠经。此系小肠经合穴，气血至此，犹如水流入海。

Meaning

Xiao, Small; hai, sea.
Xiao refers to the Small Intestine Meridian, and this is its He-Sea Point. The arrival of Qi and blood at this point is like water flowing into the sea.

定位

屈肘，当尺骨鹰嘴与肱骨内上髁之间凹陷中。

Location

in the depression between the olecranon of the ulna and the medial epicondyle of the humerus. The point is located with the elbow flexed.

主治

舞蹈病，癫痫，肩臂酸痛。

Indication

chorea, epilepsy, mental disorder, stiff neck, aching of elbow and arm.
