适用范围 Indications

 三棱针刺法具有消肿散瘀、开窍泄热、通经活络的作用。适用于实证、热证或寒实证，如高热、昏厥、中风闭证、咽喉肿痛、疖肿痔疾、顽固性痹证、扭挫伤、局部皮肤充血、肿胀、麻木等。

 
  
 The three-edged needling has the function of dispelling blood stasis and heat and assisting resuscitation, promoting the flow of Qi and blood in meridians. It is advisable to treat excess syndrome and heat syndrome as well as cold syndrome of excess type, e.g. high fever, syncope, tense syndrome of the wind stroke, sore throat, carbuncles, hemorrhoids, intractable Bi syndrome, local hyperemia, swelling, numbness, etc.
