主症

发病急速，患处皮肤鲜红灼热疼痛，状如云片，边缘清楚，很快向四周曼延。中间由鲜红转为暗红，经数天后脱屑而愈。如兼见发热恶寒，头痛，苔薄黄，舌质红，脉浮数者为风热证；兼见发热心烦，口渴胸闷，胃纳不香，便秘溲赤，舌苔黄腻，脉濡数者为湿热证；如见壮热呕吐，神昏谵语，时有痉厥，为邪毒内攻之证。医学全在.线提供

Main Manifestations

There is a rapid onset with red hot and painful lesion of the skin which is cloud -like and circumscribed, but soon spreads to all around. The color in the middle of the lesion gets healed with desquamation in several days. If chills, fever, headache, red tongue with thin and yellowish coating and superficial and rapid pulse are present, it is a syndrome of wind heat. If there are fever, irritability, thirst, stuffiness in chest, poor appetite, constipation, dark urine, sticky and yellow tongue coating, and soft rapid pulse, it is a syndrome of damp heat. High fever, vomiting, unconsciousness, delirium, and occasional convulsion of limbs symbolize the syndrome of internal transmission of toxicity.

治法

取手足阳明、足太阳经穴为主。毫针刺用泻法，或局部点刺出血。

Treatment

Points of Large Iintestine and Spleen Meridians are mainly prescribed. Reducing technique or bloodletting in the local region is applied.

Quchi (LI 11), Hegu (LI 4), Quze (PC 3), Weizhong(BL 40), Xuehai (SP 10) and Ashi points.
